Guess I can post up as well. I've been doing the gym 4-5 days a week for the past month and have cut a lot of fatty foods out of my diet. Lots of protein, low carbs, low fat. Looking in the mirror, I can definately see a difference already and the scale is confirming it as well. Down to 226 from a starting weight of 237 (at the gym on 12/13/08) so it's working. Definately more to go, but the strength gain and fat loss is definately helping the motivation!
