Guess I can post up as well. I've been doing the gym 4-5 days a week for the past month and have cut a lot of fatty foods out of my diet. Lots of protein, low carbs, low fat. Looking in the mirror, I can definately see a difference already and the scale is confirming it as well. Down to 226 from a starting weight of 237 (at the gym on 12/13/08) so it's working. Definately more to go, but the strength gain and fat loss is definately helping the motivation!
 
I was happy to return to my pre-T-day weight of 217 last week (got up to 223) A ripped 210 is my psuedo goal, but I'm pretty happy at 215-217.

I had my triumphant return to heavy incline dumbell presses yesterday, I was psyched all day! (hurt my shoulder sept '07) I remember looking at the dumbells last winter/spring and looking forward to doing them again. Next is getting my regular grip bench back, then dips. Baby steps.

Still haven't seen/met Beerman at the gym (24 in Sandy), even though I went in early last week.

Dunno...have we ever even met?

You've still got me by 9 lbs...how low you gonna go? Maybe next month you'll be little Brett.

Not that I know of.....but I did talk to you on Carl's phone once :rofl:

Aiming for something like 210-215 at 6"2'. Working on muscle strength and getting bigger that way. And I would love to get down into single digits for BF%.....we'll see on that one! :cool:

single digits = six-pack

(been a while for me, would like to do it again before I die) I figure I'd see single digits around 205-210, based on testing I did 8 years ago, which put my lean mass around 190 at the time, and it hasn't changed much.

I wanna weigh 215 someday... a mean 215, not jelly-bean 215.:)

221 as of last night. You'd better start hitting the gym, jelly belly man.

And 585lbs on leg press last night. Not bad, squat's still suck. Erik hit 720lbs though :eek:
