does anyone have plans for good solid rock sliders?

i was gonna use the plans off of off-road.com, but they aren't on there anymore.:(

i was thinking the same style as the ones RRO makes, which are the same as the ones that were on oo-road.com.

1/4"? 1/2"? square tube? i can't remember, anyways............

JP008 has some wicked sliders on his zuk. He chopped out the rocker panel and inserted 2x4 or 2x3 box steel at a 45 degree angle and braced it in. It looks trick and works great. search his posts, I know he has pix up on here!!

looking at the pics, i can't quite tell if the plates against the frame are welded. should i weld the plates to the frame and call it good?

what could be done to make them more sturdy and strong in the way of mounting points? i agree with the horizontal support on the tube going to the frame.
