Pretty much got my rear suspension done (other than re anti-sway, suck/winch, limiting strap, brake lines, final adjust) I still need to truss out shock hoops, but I wanted to get the front suspension mocked up so I can get a true cycle on the rigs suspension and make sure the shock bodies dont hit on anything before I make them perminent.
Mid picture is with the shox semi extended, rig should settle down some also when I get the cell, battery seats, co2 all mounted, really having trouble making everthing fit where I want it.
suggestions welcome on my suspension, I know that it is usually recommended that top links are 70% the length of the lowers, mine are the same length and rear verticle seperation is suppose to be no less than 6" but ideal to equal 25% rigs tire size, In my case that would be 10" and mine is 9.5" and forward vert seperation is suppose to be 1/2 axle end seperation and Im running 5" but can adjust from 3-6 and my uppers are sitting level and my lowers are at 7 degrees.
Ive seen quite a few rigs with equal length upper and lowers, my uppers are back some on the frame and back some on the truss, Im starting to believe that 18" foxes are way longer than I needed for the rear, and the 16's are probably way more than I need in the front, but I hooped them in and they will be way more limited than there ability.
