I have had good luck with products supplied through other manufacturers like my thorley header, but I ordered a coil kit for the samurai and was told 3-4 weeks, after calling once a week and getting the run around I cancled my order at 12 weeks. Thats some good service, same thing with some 6 to 1 t case gears, waited over 2 months, I try to keep my business local, but had it with RRO and went to trail tough. I have used them everytime since then and never looked back, longest I ever waited was 1 week from order to my door and that was for my complete t case frieght shipped. Brent is awesome Otherwise as long as they aren't the makers you should be ok, the quality of their stuff is pretty good, but don't believe they have it until it until it's in your hands. Hopefully things have gotten better

That's a pretty big building and a pretty impressive inventory. I don't know Glenn real well (owner of Rocky Road), but he's a great guy on a trail and seems to be a damn hard worker. I know they've had a few order issues in the past, but I've only heard things. I ordered a couple things for my Jeep from them and the orders were handled very professionally and I got the parts in a timely manner (of course, custom order for my 'Jeep'). I'd buy from them again.

This is my opinion of them as well. I've heard lots of good from people dealing with them. If I ever needed anything, I'd call them.
