Rolling Steel Plate

Is there any shop in Utah that can roll 4ft wide sheets of 3/16 plate? I have a customer that needs to rebuild a tank in the oilfield and wants 3/16 plate rolled to go around a 12ft circle. None of the steel vendors I use have the capability to do it. There's gotta be someone out there that does it right?

Peterson Machine in Ogden. I think they can roll up to 4" thick 12' wide or something crazy like that.
