Ruger - Take Action Now!

Ruger has made it easy for you to contact your Local and National Representatives. It only takes about 2 minutes and sends a pro-2nd Amendment email to everyone from the president down to your local state reps.

http://www.ruger.com/micros/advocacy/takeAction.html

Taking action is simple, just follow these 3 Steps:

Step 1: Enter your personal contact information below, this information will be added to the letter and is required to reach each of the appropriate representatives in your area. This information is not stored by Ruger, nor is it used for any other purposes than this legislative action.

Step 2: Press "Submit" and we will prepare the letter below, in your name to the President, Vice-President, your Senators, Representative, Governor, Lieutenant Governor, State-Level Elected Officials and State Attorney General.

Step 3: Review your letter one last time, add in your first name and press "Submit"! You have just taken strong action in protecting your rights.

No excuse not to do this folks!

Interesting that they didn't trust us enough to change the subject line. Quick and easy, thanks for passing it along.

So I got to ask is any Utah representative in favor of gun restrictions? For some reason I don't think even our lone Democrat congressman is even in favor of restricting guns. (If I get curious enough to know I'll email him directly and not use some generated form that is easy to put in a spam filter).

However, Reps. Tom Petri (R-Wis.) and Chris Stewart (R-Utah) have reportedly expressed some support for a ban on high-capacity magazines.

Wow good to know, found this also http://www.huffingtonpost.com/2012/12/28/chris-stewart-utah_n_2376151.html I don't get it, I think it would be the kiss of death in the Utah political arena to be for gun bans. If the democrats are smart next election a pro-gun democrat is going to take him to task. Every commercial would start out Chris Stewart wants to take away your constitutional rights, put his gun vote up front and center and run him out.
