Thanks for the input i think i'll probably go with the sky manufacturing kit, does anyone know if i need a certain wheel backspace to use this kit as the calmini kit requires 2.5 inches of backspace for clearance?

If your sticking with the stock axles the usually hot samurai ticket is wheels with 2 inches of backspacing.

So i have heard, the problem is i have a set of brand new boggers and steel wheels with 3.5 inch of backspace that i am having some difficulty selling, what about wheel spacers to get to the same backspacing?

So you keepin the sammi axles? How big of tires? Might not be worth the spacers if your gonna explode axles:eek: What suspension>

Yeah it's my daily driver, 31 12.5 boggers on some black rockcrawler wheels, The suspension is stock springs on top of the axles, nothin too fancy. The backspacing is 3.5 on the wheels and they rub the springs up front when turning. The axles are open, not locked or anything and the kid i bought it from, gave me extra complete front and rear axles. I have some street tires on factory type wheels for most driving, oh ya it also has a new low range transfer case.

The easiest way is wheelspacers. But they would have to be bolt on to be legal I believe. I would check on prices for wheels. I bet they're the same no matter what backspacing you get, you might just have to special order some new rockcrawlers.

One other question with this setup will i have axle issues, should i worry about breaking stuff or should i ditch the tires and wheels and do some a little more street friendly with the proper backspacing? Do you know anybody that would want the tires and wheels pretty cheap?

I had a set of 32" SSR's and being spooled in the rear lockright in the front 6.5 t-case i broke a rear axle with in an hour at little moab. I think if your not very hard on the axles and you have 31's you should be fine. Like what was said before spacers would be the easiest. the best though would be just 2" bs rim's.
