i have recently fell in love with old sci-fi movies. (especially the bad ones)
every friday night at nine o-clock on UEN(9) they show another cheesy old B movie.

i have seen "the brain that would not die" and "attack of the gilla monster" i missed last weeks feature.

but tonight its going to be a real treat.

DEVIL GIRL FROM MARS

A buxom martian ( Hazel Court ) in black tights and boots visits England with her robot to collect male breeders.

tonights feature.

this one my friends is a real horror clasic, no clasic doesnt do it justice. legend, ya i will call it a legendary horror movie.

a young couple in Haiti have been invited by a casual acquaintance, Charles Beaumont, to come to his plantation to be married. Beaumont, however, is actually in love with Madeline and hopes to persuade her to become his wife instead. Rebuffed, he approaches local white Voodoo master "Murder" Legendre (Béla Lugosi) to temporarily turn her into a zombie, have her declared dead, send Neil back to the States in mourning, then revive her so that he can woo her anew. Legendre, however, has his own plans for the young lady, and for Beaumont......

..........WHITE ZOMBIE..........

White Zombie is an American horror film, first released on August 4, 1932. It is believed to be the first film to deal with zombies and is indeed often described as the first zombie film.

White Zombie is among the most-renowned horror films of the early sound era. Its legacy includes a namesake rock band, an extensive published critical analysis by Gary Don Rhodes, many VHS and DVD versions owing to its public-domain status, and considerable debate among film historians regarding its degree of virtue.
