I was at the Pull N Save out by Magna, and stumbled across an 87 XJ with a Dana 44 rear. $119 complete.

Well considering it's about 18 years old and is used, tell you what I'll do. Since I'm a nice guy and fair, I'll give you $120 for it plus $30 for your time. Besides, you don't want that old thing. I have a stock D35 out of an "01"TJ that I'll throw in just to sweeten the deal. So what time should I come pick it up?

Every time I go to the junk yard I check every xj in hopes to find a 44 thinking I'm one day gonna get lucky just because of stories like yours. So far I may have wasted precious hours of my life but I still keep my hopes up. Nice find.
