I just drove my 4runner for over 200 miles for the first time, and my rear end is in pain. Any seat cushion add-ons that seem to work well for pain-in-the-butt driving?
Eat more twinkies and don't exercise?
There is always the aftermarket seat option. I've heard Mastercraft seats are very nice.
When I was a tech for Ford, we had a customer who was constantly complaining about their driver seat. We actually ordered another lower seat cushion and installed it in the seat, so there where two of them in there. It was a huge PITA to stretch the seat cover back over it, but they never complained again.

I have had the Mastercraft 3G and Beard in my off-road cars they are full suspention seats and very easy on the but and lower back because they hold you in place and in proper siting posture...down side is you wont be able to move much while driving and they run about $700 per seat.
