Senator Dabakis and Representative Arent in support of action for Greater Canyonlands

I read the following on the suwa web site and it is very concerning that some of our elected State Senators and House Representatives are in support of the Executive action to protect Greater Canyonlands. Remember this when it is election time.


"Utah state Senator Jim Dabakis has just introduced a resolution in the Utah legislature in support of Congressional or Executive action to protect Greater Canyonlands—a watershed moment in the effort to preserve it for future generations. The sponsor of the resolution in the Utah House of Representatives is Representative Patrice Arent."

So you're saying that if we approached land management constitutionally and had the state be in charge of lands UT wouldn't sell everything to oil and gas companies? Weird.
