Green here and maybe my house will crush my room mate so I don't have to deal with her anymore. Oh wait my stuff. Ehh as long as the garage stays up, my valued vehicles will be safe.

Here's a question.. Though you might be in the blue area in say, West Valley (according to the Wasatch Fault Map), and might feel some comfort.. If the Wasatch Fault hits a 7.0+, will that cause a chain reaction with other local faults such as the West Valley fault?
