It might just be my general attitude about things, but since everyone is OK.

When are we going to schedule the "rebuild" party/project? :D

Shawn, Make sure I know if can help you...

There wasn't a birfield laying in the back seat of the Comando was there?? :D

Fix it! You know you wanted to do some "upgrading" anyway.

Thanks for all the replies. There is no doubt that it is hard to put the time and effort into your rig just to FU one day and loose it all. My jeep is fixable, but I'm not sure how to do it, yet. I hope to keep it as a pavement pounder, but....

You all know how I feel and you know that you would feel the same if the tables were turned. Thanks for the support, lets see what happens in the next few months.

I'm in for a couple of work days. Keep us informed if you decide to go that route.

As much as I would love to get my hands on your Commando, I really don't think you should sell it. It's not hurting anything to sit on it for a bit and regroup. Just don't look at it for a bit until it doesn't hurt quite as bad....

I'm a little late in replying, but sorry to hear about your rig. She was a beauty. I have no doubt that after you let things settle for a while, you'll be out there again getting her cleaned up and ready to go out again.

Well I hooked up the roll bar to a tree with a ratchet strap and ran my winch through a snatch block on another tree on the other side and hooked it to a strap on the windshield frame. Pulled the windshield frame back over. I worked my way down the body pulling varies areas.

It looks ok and is much better, for now. I need to find another body (cheep) so I can build it up again....
