The water pump/fan pulley. It doesn't get enough contact from the belt and it wobbles because I shortened the wrong one with a stick welder and a Boy Scout knife 20 years ago. It drives me crazy.

Careful going fast with the windshield down.. I got the itch to drive my buggy when I got it running (on the suicide hand throttle at the time mind you!). Flying down the road, and it wasn't until the hood came flying up and nailing the cage that I remembered I didn't have it secured in anyway, shape, or form. That was exciting.
I am sure you had your windshield secured though.
