Some good signage on my past moab trip

On my last trip to moab I decided to take some backroads into town. I saw this sign at the trailhead:

I thought it did a great job outlining what "stay on the trail" means. It helps remove the assumption that everyone knows what "stay on the trail" means. It made me happy to see it. Just thought I'd share it.

maybe we could make stuff like this and put at the bottom of forest lake and such.. maybe there is already a sign there but its not that noticeable

there is a sign like it at the bottom (and the top I believe). I think people just don't read it.

The forest lake signs are huge, and hard to miss. If you want to discuss content that's a different animal

oh ive never noticed.. ha guess im not aware enough..

ive seen signs at the top.. never noticed one at the bottom hope it says something about not driving through the mud/lake at the top
