I agree! HOW can you forget? I mean for 7 hours? Does working at Hooter's really make you forget about your entire life outside of the 'office'? I doubt it... Unless that part she JUST left was really good!

That is sick... and I don't care what the excuse is that worthless piece of S**T should get the death penalty for crap like that.. if you are so stupid that you forget your child in your car all day long then you should die... how about we just lock her in a car strapped to a seat in 90 degree weather until she dies....

Unbelievable, reminds me of the bonehead hunter here in Utah who left his kid in the car when he went hunting. He at least killed himself. All sad nonetheless.

No kidding... Even when my son isn't around, I sometimes 'hear' him and go to help and then remember oh, that's not him crying (or whatever). Or at night, not hear him breathing 'anymore'....
I might give her the fact she forgot... But how could you not think about your kid for 7 hours. I mean I can possibly see 30 minutes, because sometimes life just moves fast, but come on. This was purposely done. She was definately negligent.
