Someone to outboard my shocks

I'm looking for someone you all would recommend to outboard my rear shocks on my yj. I lack the welder and the skill to do this on my own. I was thinking of just using ford towers, but I could be convinced otherwise. I would like someone here in utah county to help limit time spent on the freeway. I would like to get this done in the next week or two if possible. Thanks in advance for the help.
