Southern Utah Motorized Access paper

I'm doing a paper for my English class on the current debate over restricting access to motorized vehicles on many of the trails in Southern Utah. I am looking for any information that anybody has about this issue. I would love facts, opinions, arguments, experiences, anything would be helpful. I'd also need to be able to use your "quotes" in my paper.

Do you have any specific topics in mind?

Right now the hot item is the BLM's new Recourse Management Plans. There is also the ongoing debate over RS2477 right of ways and the enviro's continuing attempts to "create" wilderness in Congress
