I'd head up there asap, its not to dusty right now. You can drive pretty far up from the Provo side in a car, but once you start to decend down to the springville saddle, it gets rough. I just wouldn't plan on it being a cake walk right now. Maybe later in the summer when its all dry, it'll be easier. But in the summer of 2000 in July I rode it, and the snowiest spot had just barely cleared the road, and it was very muddy at the time. We saw a huge truck stuck in the mud, and had a good laugh. I'm hoping to do it in the next week or so, and I'll give an updated report.
