I know a guy who has raced this a couple of times - He take the risk in stride just like any other race. I've always wanted to just go watch it - that would be dangerous enough for me.

I pave asphalt roads, and I couldn't imagine how strict the tolerances have to be when maintaining that road.

I used to have a bulletbike and it was a lot of fun, if I got another though it would be track only.
