Is it worth the drive to salt lake, or is there a decent place in Ogden to get steel?

I need 2-20ft chunks of 4" channel and 2-20ft chunks of 1/4x2 flat bar.

Its about $50 to take my truck and trailer to SLC, so I'm hoping something decent here.

I havent found any place real good in Ogden area at all. Boman and Kemp is about the only place that has anything. Prices are high but they are close so just getting a few sticks I would think it would be worth it.

The other option is Marmon Keystone in SLC will deliver. I havent priced it in awhile but it might be worth a phone call

Every time we get prices like this we need to tell Boman and kemp about it so they realize how high their prices are. I doubt it will do any good but...I always call Wasatch first and then call Boman. I then tell Boman that they are way higher than what Wasatch quoted me. They usually just say sorry but I still like to let them know.

Not sure about steel in Ogden, but you should price it at Pacific Steel in SL. That is where I usually get my best prices. There is also Reliance Steel, Speciastly steel, and Steel Co. You probably already know all this, but I just thought I'd throw a few more options in the mix.
