steering column slop

I have a 90 yj with a tilt steering column, anyway there is alot of slop from the tilt, it feels really loose. Is there something in there worn out or that needs to be tightend. Are these easily rebuildable or is it best to get a new column? I have never torn one apart so i am not sure what i am doing. Is there a good place around who rebuilds or sells new or used? thanks

try and do a search there is a post on this that Brett had done not to long ago.

but there are three bolts way down in the column that loosen up in jeeps. that you can retighten, that could your problem.
