Streaming NFL games

Could one of you internet savvy folks explain to me, possibly provide a link for a live "free" stream of the Steelers vs Raiders game, or doesn't a free option exist. I've been through a few searched and can't seem to figure it out. I find streams but all with a price.

A lot of the flash streams have questionable quality but if you look around you should find something decent. Installing sopcast or torrent stream, depending on what streams are available, can give you great quality. Be aware, sopcast, torrent stream or similar are P2P so while they can support great quality (full 1080p in some cases) they do it because everyone is sharing the bandwidth (so you would be serving part of the stream as well as receiving it).
