Summit aluminum radiator, new

This is a summit racing brand aluminum radiator it was for a late 70's 350 but I'm sure will work for a thousand other applications. It measures 19.5" by 25.5". It is brand new. This is from a project that fell through.

Are those measurements the actually outside dimensions or are those the dimensions of just the core without the tanks? Wondering if it could possibly fit it in my Grand Cherokee 5.9, when you look up for a new radiator it gives me the core dimensions. I'm guessing that's without the tanks. I went out and tried to measure the one in the vehicle but it's a bit rough to get good measurements.

Core Depth (In): 1-1/4 Inch
