Superduty suspension

So I have a 2002 superduty that I love, its been a great truck except the ride. The thing just about beats your teeth out. A few years ago I saw a add in a magazine that was a coil over conversion for the front. I think it was by Fabtec. Does anyone have any experience with a kit like this. Im thinking about swapping in a axle and coil spring set up out of a 2005 and later superduty if I cant find anything. Thanks

pro comp also makes a 2-4" spring that is listed as only 430lb spring rate.

I would just swap to a soft leaf, instead of making drastic expensive changes.

They are lift springs, the reason I went with tuff country is because that is what I could afford at the time, I guess you get what you pay for. I will check out pro comp and fabtech.

You might be able to find people on here that have soft riding superdutys, then go for a ride. That way you get an idea on how those springs ride.

Sorry if I seemed a little rude before. What I was trying to say is exactly what you stated. You get what you pay for. Tuff County has always been a little on the stiff and on the cheaper side.

Mines not too bad at all? I've got stock springs with a leveling kit on the front (add-a-leaf). It's not a Caddy, but it's real predictable and stable. Mine's a '99 F250.

No worries LT, I had a leveling kit on it before I put this lift on and it was actually better. I got thinking about something though, my truck has the v10 in it and im wondering if the lift I have is for the diesel. The guy at jack-it asked me if I had the gas or diesel.

I the stickers are faded and partly gone, so Im not sure what I have. It rode alot better with the leveling kit that was on it before, i just wanted a little more clearance. I found my old invoice from jack-it no part numbers it just says 3.5'' lift.
