Has anyone read this decision? Hopefully the District Judge who gets this back will have the intestinal fortitude to stick with legal precedent, however, the 10th Circuit remanded the case advising the District Court to rule as they had regarding the issues involved. Go to Findlaw.com and look this case up in the August/2002 section of the 10th Circuit calendar. It's pretty scary if this sticks. Get ready to build your own personal rock garden in your back yard
