Sway Bar Removal

What's the easiest way to remove the sway bar in my 04 wrangler? One of the mounting bolts for my winch goes down through the sway bar mount and I don't have that torx bit. Should I just cut the sway bar on one side and then pull the rest out the other side?

We removed it on my buddies tj but they are so tight to the grill that it scratched the paint. Kinda hard for just 4 bolts but it only took 20 minutes. Mine is out but I will re-install all the same too. Mine was tearing up my frame so I needed to pop it out for now.

I got it all cut out before the run today. I din't know those things were solid steel. I went through one angle grinder blade and 2 sawzall blades, The my big sledge took care of the rest. My tires were rubbing pretty bad on it at full turn so it's out for now and should have a currie up there soon hopefully. Might be longer that I hope though cause I had to remove the one in the rear also for the axle truss. I'd rather get that one taken care of first. Put about 125 miles on the Jeep today though without it and it felt great. Just can swerve in to another lane. Never did that anyway though.

My jeep is more of a sketch on corners, usually long ones to where the body roll preloads the springs then who knows how much it will unload. My street manners through the bumps have drastically improved though. If I jerk the steering wheel then there is some fun characteristics but overall I drive to slow to make a difference. When I realized that it wasn't really doing much is when I forgot to hook my bar up on the way home from St. George. Drove 4 hours and never noticed that it wasn't "helping my driving/handling."
