Would that style of a breadlocker keep bread from slipping off the rim? Or would it just help to the bread soft and flexible? Maybe the bread would last longer that way :confused:

All I know is they are calibrated only for Rye and some Sourdoughs. You'd think with the common availability of Wheat and White they'd have set it up for those, but..... I guess the money is with the fancy breads.
