Swell racetrack and fixit pass

Last week I was able to get down and run some trails in the Swell it was much overdue it was perfect weather blue skies picture perfect. We left about 7;30 from mouth of Spanish Fork canyon got to Feron at 9:00 and drove out to a parking area and dropped the tow vehicles. Finding the devils racetrack was easy and the trail was a blast we got to I70 and looped around to come back through fix it pass great scenery on that part. Fix it pass was cake walk not sure if it had been improved but not the hard spot I had told about.

Wow, time flies. I think it was '05 or '06 (Noah was 2 or 3) I can't believe it's been that long.

I've been wanting to do that same loop for the last 3 years and haven't. If we do it before July, Matt can drive his Jeep and Noah can ride his dirt bike. I'll look at the calendar.

Gotta get EZ in on this (so it can't be Field Day weekend)

Had to have been 2004 or 2005 as I was still living at my parents place and still a full-time student. We camped right there by the UDOT shed and it spied the mtn goat.

Guessing '04 then, Noah was born in '03. That mountain goat was cool. You guys rode down in Leroy and got 16mpg. In the washes we pulled up along side and my kids attacked you with squirt guns (we felt like pirates).

Matt's schedule is tough. Maybe we should bomb over one day during safari week?

Devils' Racetrack was my first real trail. I have lousy video of Steve spotting me down the waterfall, my voice was a good two octaves higher by the time I made it down. Good times, I need to go back.
