T case help please!

I have an atlas II t-case that is mated to my 700r4 and the t-case as you probably know comes pre-filled with fluid, the problem I am having is the fluid keeps purging out valve on the top of the t-case, is this normal? is it possible that A/A over filled it? if so, will it stop purging when it reaches it's proper level?

Obviously something is wrong. I wonder if there is air bubbling up or something?
