I saw Tally Hall several months ago when they opened for Guster at In The Venue. They put on one of the most entertaining, tightest sets I've seen in a very, very long time. I finally picked up their album a few weeks ago and have been blown away by it. As the song 'Welcome to Tally Hall' states, they play it all: From bluegrass (Be Born) to rock (Just Apathy) to hip-hop (The Bidding) and even cabana (Banana Man). This album is one of the most unique that I've heard in quite some time.
