Teraflex, Matt, and the Solution.

Here's how it all played out.

Teraflex will replace my long arms, all 4, and give them to me at cost. That was very nice of them to do. I have accepted their offer. Jim Walker is a good guy.

Matt and I recently started communicating, after we both had time to cool off. There were some difficulties, and tense moments, but that could be expected I guess. After talking to many, many people, I don’t think Matt did this purposely. I think it was just a deal gone badly. Whatever it was, he made it right.

I proposed a settlement, and while not perfect for either of us, it was one that I felt we could both live with. He’s out some money, I’m out some money, but neither of us really got screwed or is out any big money. Remember, this was my proposal, not his. So I’m satisfied.

After talking with him on the phone regarding the above, he accepted my offer a short time later.

I now have cash in hand.

This matter is now over as far as I’m concerned. I’ve dropped my complaint with the IFCC and have notified them as so.

Life goes on.

Sorry to crap here. You'll have no more problems with me.

Reinstate him if you will.

I'm glad you guys were able to work this out. It sucks on both your parts, you trying to save some money by buying over the net, and him trying to make a few bucks turning over what he thought were functional parts. I guess sh*t happens. I hope they find the guy who is really at fault here. So, now that this thing is over, are you gonna stick around RME? There's alot of good people here that like to help people out. Kinda cool.

Yep,

I'm gonna hang around. I like the boards that are more technical than others, and I've got dual Waggy 44s to get under my TJ.

Besides, I wheel out West whenever I can.

Be sure to let us know when you are heading out west, there's always somebody willing to hook up with you. Another month or so I should finally be back on the trail.:D

i am glad to resolve this situation semi peacefully i do have to say for the record this is the first and only problem r.m.e will have with me i do not like to be in bad situations like this i hope this will not hinder the trust from you all towards me i am really not a bad person i have dealt with quite a few of the guys here and haven't had any problems but on a happier note glad to be back !! :D

Matt, you're a really mellow guy for someone who was recently Banned! I'm also pleased you don't have hard feelings about the whole thing. :cool:

I'm glad you're enjoying this place, I like it too! :D
