Can you run a th350 without the kick down cable? Its just in a buggy and will not be seeing any down shifting by way of throttle.... Can i just plug the hole??? Thanks.

I'd run it. I blew a trans with it not adjusted correctly (or so I was told).

Leaving the cable off or unhooked won't do any damage to a th-350. It only controls the 3 to 2 kickdown.
Now on trannys that uses a TV (throttle valve) cable like the 700R4 and 200 4R, the cable controls line pressure and kickdown, so it MUST be hooked up and adjusted right
