It'll be interesting to see how the dems react to this. They've now either got to combine the bill PDQ and vote on it before he's confirmed (the democratic state government of Mass. could take up to 10 days), or the house has to accept the whole senate version of the bill with no changes, and vote on it.
Obamacare is not dead because of this. They'll get some version of it through.

The win is Big for sure.
Massachusetts has been Democratic since Teddy's brothers JFK and Bobby were both shot and killed.
I hope this stops the Health Care bill it but we've got at least 10 days before we'll know for sure.
The Dem's would be hard pressed to expect to be re-elected if they pass it as is but stranger things have happened. Most of them can't expect to be re-elected for passing it anyway.
Obama-care is a no win for any of us.

I listened to the BBC on NPR coming into work this morning just to here the dark side, What sweet joy it was listening to the Demos point fingers at each other and then turn and say that you fools who voted for Brown were a vote for Bush, That we the people dont get it....... also an aid to pres Obama stated the press was pissed, upset, in disbelife, bewildered !!!!!!!!
