The aftermath of wheeling with your K9 Friend

Who wheels with their long haired dog and how in the world are you getting the darn hair out of your carpet without all out removal of the aforementioned? I got a husky and it takes not only vacuuming but literally laying down packaging tape then peeling it off like a wax job. Even then I can't get it all out. There's got to be a better way.

Different vehicles hold onto things better than others. When I worked at a car detail shop I HATED BMW's because they are so hard to get the carpet to release trash.

I have my dog with me every day all day, and he sheds more than I would like. For me all I have to do is spend an extra couple minutes with the super-power vacuums that they have at carwashes.

I have a Husky and a Golden--I know your pain :D Sorry I can't help much after endless struggle I ripped out all the carpet in the back of the Cruiser and threw down a rubber mat on the floor. Night and day difference with hair/mud/dirt removal.

x2 on the different carpets. My Tacoma carpet holds is a total pain to vacuum after the dog has been riding. German Shepherds don't shed tremendously but they do lay down some hair and ours does more so when it's a change of season. I start with the blower (literally), then go to the vacuum and end with lint rollers. Then usually vacuum again. Our best method is seat covers. I have a canvas like cover that is over the seat cushion and back and then a second cover that creates a 'hammock' between the back seat and the backs of the front seat. Not only does it keep her from falling off the seat when wheeling but it also keeps most of the hair contained.

Try spraying it with those cling free static quard sprays first. I always wiped everything down with a static dryer sheet and then stuffed some under the seats as well

The lint rollers from target/Walmart are garbage and expensive get a case from your local dry cleaner. They pick up twice as much hair and are much cheaper. If anyone in Davis county wants some I might just know someone who knows someone.
