This one has a generator (big enough to run a a couple of houses in case of a power outage) already, just needs more battery capacity.

That looks cool, I'm NO electrical guru, but I do know my uncle tried to pull a camp trailer with his new Tesla SUV. It was a massive joke. It took about 8X as long to reach his destination as it took everyone else. For the intended purpose, it looks sweet.

What they dont tell you about electric vehicles is the mods that need to be done on your house for the plug in and how the country's whole electrical grid could not handle everyone charging thier cars (east coast would definitely shut down) at night.

This guy replaced the motor in a Toyota pickup with an electric drive, kept the drivetrain, he's using half of a Nissan Leaf battery and gets 25 miles/2 hours of wheeling.

I wonder what his range would be with a properly sized battery pack and a more efficient drivetrain conversion. 400 ft/lbs of torque with no noise, though...

UVU built an electric buggy that they took to SEMA. Kind of a mini bouncer. Pretty cool little rig.
