I figured we should have a thread sharing our SPOT (or any other GPS tracker) locations. This way we can share our trips as they happen and we'll have our best Internets friends watching out for you, in case anything should happen and you need assistance.

Feel free to post your shared SPOT page and tell us where you're riding, where you've been or ask us to watch out for you as your ride progresses.
 
I rode yesterday, did a big pavement/dirt loop on the Suzuki V-Strom. Had I thought, I would have started this thread before I left. Oh well...

520 miles in a day... saw lots of deer and antelope, there it a TON of snow on Rabbit Ears Pass above Steamboat Springs. Rode some great dirt roads on the V-Strom.

It was a long day, but the ride was great. I was seeking cooler temps and I found plenty of that. It was cool on McClure pass at 8,755 feet, chilly on Rabbit Ears pass at 9,426 ft and down right cold at 8 pm coming over Douglas Pass at 8,264 ft, but the cold felt good.

About 11 hrs... pace varied a lot, nice & easy on the mountain passes, 65+ on some dirt roads and over 85+ on some of the lonely highway backroads. :eek2: I love the V-Strom! :greg:
