The biggest question I have is how this can undo what has already been done.
If a lawsuit can be brought challenging a past decision, then there's a good chance that without Chevron past decisions based solely on administrative rule making could be undone. But that in and of itself is a huge undertaking. Look at how long it took to overturn Chevron!
