Judging by the amount of rust on those welds, it isn't a recent build. It does not appear to be a mock-up for what he hopes to have when done either... but who knows. Any shop who passes that vehicle for a saftey should be closed down, a build like that has no place on the streets here or any other state. Of course these are just my opinions......
