Thoughts on Tire Plug Kits?

I remember seth and us putting in about 10 plugs into his torn 40 inch maxxis and driving out. Buggy stuff, no spare unless at the trailer. Everything else...spare

I've seen old tire plug kits that have hardened...glue and whatnot not very pliable. New kits work a bit better. Also, any chance you can get a tube to fit in case of emergency?
