Has anyone out there tried the 33x10.50s? It seems like a good tire for a height and getting down to through sand. I think this tire would have less strain on the axles because it is not as wide as the typcial 33. Would you agree or disagree. Like to hear your thoughts. Thanks

Stress on your axle has more to do with the diameter than the width. There might be a little less strain on steering components, but not much.
Oh yeah, you want wide tires in sand. The sand will find the bottom of your rig, way before your rig finds the bottom of the sand.

I have tried it, and I Liked it a lot. I agree with the rest that you would want a wider tire in sand, but of the trails I love the tire size. Also they weigh a little less than the 12.50's
