TJ RE Long Arms - Upper Rear Arms OD"?

I need the outside diameter and possibly ID (if anybody knows) of the RE long rear upper arms for a TJ.

Anybody have a set that they can measure really quick? I've looked for spec sheets, but nothing has come up.

2" lowers, 1 1/2" uppers

OD is 38.4mm (1.51"). Can't get to the ID right now, but I may be able to in a week or so after I pull my x-member.
