To catch a thief

My stolen truck was found last night in sandy at about 9200 s. State behind a building. The guy who stole it had spray painted it and put a bunch of stickers on it. He was in the process of installing, yes installing, speakers. He has warrants out for his arrest for burglary. His is currently on parol. Most of my stuff was recovered. Not my hand gun or my daughters pink back pack that she keeps asking for as well as the toys. He is 25 years old and from payson. We know all this because his wallet was in the truck:). Cops are looking for him. If he is found I will post it.

There's a Colby Bronson on Facebook, but I can't see where he lives.. Was hoping he was a social media whore with photos of his new whip and speaker install how-to. Haha. Dbag.. Kharma is going to grab him by his nutsack and go ape sh!t..

Seriously, what does your insurance say? Does spray painting it qualify for totaling it? You can never replace it for you what you are in to it.

That name comes up as a small business exec. in Payson... I wonder if the wallet was stolen as well?

Not sayin' it couldn't be a different person with the same name, or even the same person, I'm just sayin'.

Either way though... slow, painful death for the thief would be nice.

It could be same name, but since he is out on parol for burglary it is likely him. He is also wanted for robbing a business just down the street from me. Likely not mistaken identity.

I know my 04 is a stocker but maybe i should do some type of stelth ignition disable.

On a note to that Rick, ppl have been installing push button kill switches, or switches that kill the ignition when triggered or not in use. Good security if you ask me. As long as there hidden well.

I do know how he started it.... He had my spare set of keys. I don't know how he got them they were not in the truck. He also had plates and keys for several other vehicles. Cops think he took them previously and waited.

So does this mean you get your old truck back or a new insurance replacement? Maybe buy it back cheap and use a Powerwagon project like medsker..

We have been trying to get ahold of the insurance for two days now with no avail. It is sitting in impound and we would like to get it back, but AAA is not helpful. Hopefully we can get it figured out soon.

They caught Colby Bronson today. It was on ksl. If you watch the story on ksl it will show stolen merchandise, among that stolen stuff is my gun. They show a picture of it in the news story. I hope I get it back someday.
