Tooele County Firearms / Wheeling rules

I am going camping in the West desert out past 5 mile pass off SR-73, in Tooele Co.
Does anyone know any limitations rules to off roading and firearms use?

I may be mistaken but 5 mile pass OHV area (which extends into the valley south of the Tooele south area- incinerator) is all off limits for firearms. You should check to see where the boundaries are with the Rangers. I know there are signs within the 5 mile area warning against use of firearms and fireworks.

Get the Pony Express Recreation Area Map from the BLM office, it will show you all the legal places to be. As for shooting, most of 5 Mile (proper) is a "Safe Zone", no shooting, but as you head west it is legit... check with the BLM/County Sheriff

No "Target" shooting. If you read the statement on the sign that is in the parking lot for the snake trails, it says you can shoot if you are on a legal hunt.
