I'm looking for a reputable shop to purchase a rebuilt 22R motor. Our local napa store has them for 2,000. with a core trade-in. I would really like a motor from LCEngineering, but the wife thinks thats too much. I'm in nebraska, so the motor would have to be shipped. Thanks for any help.

ProMachine in SLC sell a short block for 650 plus core. Not sure if they will ship, but they are good guys to work with

I have a friend who has several rebuilt short blocks and can make you a long block. He works in a machine shop and did wonders on my motor when it wasnt running. Let me know if your interested.
