Toyota Axle Question

OK my axle is going to go out soon in my 2001 Jeep. Pinion nut problem. So I thought I would replace it. I remember something about a toyota 2wd axle that has a 5 X 4.5 wheel which can have the Toyota electric locker installed in it, I think it was an 8" if I recall. So Kurt or one of you other Toyota experts give me all the info I need. What years am I looking for, where do I look, who carries the lockers, who can help etc.
