I saw a beta version of this a while back, as I never heard more about it I assumed it wasn't ever going to be finalized. It will be interesting to see how this competes with similar sites such as TrailDamage.
My one issue with these sites is the lack of notice about trails that may have questionable legal status or even closed per official travel plans. Neither includes any note (that my quick search could find) about contacting the land managers about current travel restrictions. I'd like to see them include a land manager contact spot for each trail and urge users to make those contacts to ensure the current status of the trail.
