Trail out by Sand Hollow

Does anyone know the name of this trail out by Sand Hollow? It's about 2-3 miles east of the main entrance. You turn south off of the main road and go through a green gate and then it's a deep sandy road with patches of slickrock. There are a few little obstacles, and pretty nasty climb near the end. It's pretty short, it took me and a friend about an hour to do the whole thing.

It was really fun, probably not much of a challenge for most of the people on this board. My truck did pretty well considering I have open diffs and IFS. Had trouble in a few spots.

I've only been there once, but I didn't know that there's specifically any named trails at Sand Hollow, I understood it was just a playground area. It looks like a great time though, that's all that matters, right?

Where's Sand Hollow? I never heard of it.

Sand Hollow is just outside of St George, on the road to Hurricane(?). I'm pretty sure someone posted directions on here, search for Sand Hollow + Directions.

Well there's lots of trails in the general area, this one ends right smack dab in the middle of the dunes.

It looks like a great time though, that's all that matters, right!

Hey,

Not sure that it has a name but it is a pretty fun trail. Took it on the wheeler the other day. Tons of fun
