Trailer storage.

I have a buddy with a 10' tent trailer he wants to trade me for some stuff of mine but I have no room at my house for a trailer at the moment. What do you all pay for trailer storage and do you know of a good affordable place in the provo/orem area to store a trailer? I REALLY want this trailer to pull behind my Sidekick and dont want to pass up this deal. I have been wanting a trailer for some time for our little family and think this is the perfect size to pull behind the sidekick.

While not in the Provo/Orem area, when I was looking a few years ago $1.00 a foot/month was an awesome price. I had mine stored at the place in Copperton. Most places I checked were ridiculous.
