Trailer/vehicle wiring issues.

Hi all.
I'm in the middle of wiring the fj40 for my trailer, Here is my issue...

I have a flat 4 wiring harness for the trailer, I try to hook up the wires as the installation instructions say, But I don't have brake lights, I have upgraded to the newer style fj40 tail lights, I used the 3rd brake light wire from my EZ wiring harness for the brake lights(why, I don't remember now) but it works, However, Now I cant seem to figure out the trailer wiring.

Wiring is my bane...
If any of this makes sense try and help me out, If not, Ask me some questions I should be able to answer them.
Many thanks!

If you plan to use the FJ40 taillights, you need 6 (or 5 not including ground) wires in your connector.

Tail
Park
LT. Turn
Rt. Turn
Reverse
Ground

You can skip reverse, leaving you needing 5, but you can skip the ground unless you get good ground continuity through the hitch. Trailers combo up the turn/brake on flat four setups, thus the issue. You can buy a converter to turn your 5 into 4 but you won't be utilizing your turn signals (amber).

I've thought about that, But the 80 has a flat 4 plug and its working, However it doesn't have running lights(not a huge issue if you ask me)
I hate this last minute crap...
